Jambo 2012 Radio and Band Information
We are now recruiting members for the JAMBO 2012 Scout Band and we would like to extend an invitation to members of your Troops and Crews to participate in this exciting opportunity!
The JAMBO 2012 Scout Band will be a part of the Opening Ceremonies program on Saturday, May 19, 2012. There may also be opportunities for some or all of the band members to perform throughout JAMBO 2012 if they so choose.
The JAMBO 2012 Band is open to all Boy Scouts and Venturers. Applicants must be a registered BSA member and have the approval of his/her parent or guardian (if under 18).
Interested Scouts must submit the attached application form no later than April 1, 2012. Applicants will be selected to participate on a first come, need basis. Scouters over the age of 21 are also encouraged to submit an application and will be selected on a need basis.

The Jambo Band will meet for rehearsal on Friday, May 18th in the band room at Kutztown University. Instruments may be stored securely there overnight.
