Bylaw changes -
For over 15 years, the bylaws of the Witauchsoman Lodge #44 have remained
unchanged and never updated. Because of that, they are very outdated and
incorrect. The Lodge Executive Board has completely updated the bylaws
and approved them for vote by the Lodge membership. Our
"current" bylaws from the 1990s state that we must publish an article
in The Minsi
announcing, at least 30 days in advance, the Lodge meeting where the new bylaws
will be voted upon. At our Lodge Winter Meeting on January 9th at 6pm at
Jordan Lutheran Church in Orefield, PA (at the Lodge Banquet), the Lodge
youth membership will be voting on the passing of the new bylaws. To see
