"C" "O" "P" "E" COPE, COPE, COPE's for me! And COPE can be for you too. If you are a scout,or leader,13 years of age and older,then you have the opportunity to participate in one of Scouting's most exciting and challenging programs. Trexler Scout Reservation boasts one of the largest and finest COPE programs in the Northeast Region. But wait. What is COPE? It's a Challenging Outdoor Personal Experience, designed to promote teamwork, leadership, communication, trust, decision making, problem solving, and self-esteem. This is accomplished through a series of initiative games, low course elements, and last but not least the high course. Our High Course consists of a 60 foot climbing tower, a 350 foot zip line, as well as several vertical and aerial challenge events. It is truly a great program for anyone looking for something different while at Summer Camp. Participants will choose to either be in the morning or afternoon, half day programs. You will still be able to complete merit badges and participate in other camp wide events. We also have an excellent weekend program in place that runs throughout the year when summer camp is not taking place.
