Geocaching at Akelaland
As the BSA is turning 100 years old, it is time to try some new ways of treasure hunting with map and compass. Geocaching is a form of treasure hunting using hand held GPS units and following coordinates and clues to find hidden caches.
We currently have a few caches hidden at Akelaland. If you Pack, Troop, or Crew would like to try their hand at this exciting new sport, the coordinates are listed below. Please call our on-site ranger, Gerald Wollett, in advance of your arrival so that he knows when you will be on the premisis and with how many people. Gerald can be contacted at (610)217-4315.
