Boy Scout Camp 2010 - Are you Ready???
Are you ready for the 2010 summer camping season at either Camp Minsi or Settlers Camp? By now your Troop should already be signed up and have submitted your best guess for your attendance. Coming up on March 15th is our Pre-Camp Leader's Meeting being held at Northeast Middle School Auditorium in Bethlehem starting promptly at 7:00 p.m. This informational meeting has several purposes, one of which is to meet yuor Camp Director, and find our a little of what to expect at camp this summer. in addition to our breakout sessions, we hope to provide a forum where leaders can share thoughts about last year's camping experience as well as provide input for the upcoming camping season. If you have not been to camp, come and see what it is all about. If you wish to bring your March 15th payment ($100 per Scout) to the meeting, please do so. Jane Chase will be there to collect it. If your Troop is not yet signed up for camp, it is not too late! Both camps still have vacancies in most of their weeks with the exception of week #3 (July 11-17) at both camps and week #1 (June 27-July 3) at Settlers Camp which are currently filled to capacity. While there are still vacancies, time is of the essence. As each day goes by, we are getting more inquiries about our current vacancies. Our limited vacancies are shrinking by the week.
