When can I register for Jambo 2012?  Jambo 2012 registration will be available online beginning January 2012.

If I want to add more people to my online registration, how do I do that? Can I delete people from my online registration?  You can NOT delete people once they are registered.  You can add people by doing another registration.  Our system will allow us to combine those registrations so your unit can camp together.

How are the campsites assigned? May Packs and Troops camp together?  Campsites are assigned on a first come first serve basis.  Packs, Troops and Crews each have separate camping areas and will not be camping together.  You will be notified of your camping and parking areas before Jambo 2012.

What camping facilities will be available at Jambo 2012? Water? Bathroom facilites? Electrical hookups?  Water and portable toilets will be within walking distance of all camping areas.  There are no provisions for electrical hookups, unless needed for medical reasons.  In that case, camping personnel will make the provisions if the individual contacts them before the event.

Is there a separate area for RV camping? Will they be part of the tent camping area? Is there an additional charge for RV camping?  While there is no extra charge for RV camping, they will not be camping in the same areas as tent camping.  There are no hookups.  Please use the sign up sheet found during the registration process if you are bringing an RV.

Why can't I pay with a credit card online?  The current system being used charges a premium to use a credit card for both the customer and merchant.  To keep prices down for all, we decided to disable this feature.  You may still use a credit card by calling the council office after you register.  Checks and cash are accepted.

Where do I park if I am staying all weekend at Jambo 2012?  Will I have to carry my camping gear "a long way" from my vehicle to my campsite?  The camping committee's will do their best to allow at least one vehicle to park within easy walking distance of each campsite.  Please remember, sites are first come - first serve, so signing up early will get you a good spot.  Information on parking passes will be disseminated closer to the event.

Where do I park if I am coming for Saturday only and not camping?  A day parking lot will be designated for those visiting Jambo 2012 on Saturday only.

How will my tickets and weekend Jambo 2012 information be given to me once I have registered online?  As we get closer to the event, depending on your situation, info will be distributed either via email or snail mail.
