Entry Requirements

  • Only one participant per registration
  • Application may be photocopied
  • In order to ensure security of your credit card information, all Credit Card payments must be phoned in using the following number: 610-264-8551
  • If paying by check, it must be mailed in along with a copy of your registration
  • All registrations with payments must be received by September 15, 2011 to qualify for the early registration fee and guaranteed a t-shirt
  • Registrations submitted where the payment selection is Credit Card must be called in on or before September 15th
  • Registrations submitted with the payment selection of Credit Card or Check, which are received after September 15th, MUST include an additional $5 fee.  In order to ensure early registration if paying by check registrations must be postmarked by September 9th
  • All registration closes after October 7th
  • All mail-in registrations/payments must be postmarked no later than October 3rd
  • Registrations without indication of payment will not be accepted/processed
  • Waiver MUST be signed in order to process application
  • Registration for the 1 mile Fun Run will be on the day of the event (waiver & signature required)
  • All participants MUST finish the 5K within an hour or less
  • A fee of $25 will be charged for all returned checks
