Unit Award
Purpose
Many Scouter's are deserving of recognition for the contributions they have
made during the past year in the lives of our youth. For this reason, the
Forks of the Delaware present another award. The Unit Award. This award will be
presented at the Forks of the Delaware Dinner.
Each Pack and Troop is encouraged to select their
unit's "Scouter of the Year". Since only one leader may be selected
from each unit, it is necessary for the leadership to confer with each other
in making the decision as to whom your unit will honor.
Please see to it that the recipient is present at the District Dinner, if
possible, to receive this award.
The unit may want to consider paying for the
recipient and spouses' reservations. If the recipient will not be
present, someone from the Unit must be present to pick
up the Award
